Pet Friendly
If you have pets, then you know how challenging it can be to find an apartment building that will accommodate your furry friends. Each of our properties goes beyond simply being “pet friendly.” We provide the facilities you need to live the lifestyle you want with your pet. Enjoy the convenience of an indoor pet washing room with a groomer’s dryer and a fenced-in pet park that includes complimentary baggies. Our properties allow up to two pets per unit, one of which may be a dog. We require a $500 deposit per pet. PooPrints Program
We pride ourselves on being a warm community that welcomes people and pets of all kinds. It’s our goal to keep our properties in pristine condition and provide a safe atmosphere for all. PooPrints is a DNA dog waste management company that offers a solution to our pet pollution problem. When any un-scooped waste is found on the grounds, (this includes used poop bags not properly disposed of) it will be collected and sent to the BioPet Lab for analysis and results. Residents will be issued a fine for every occurrence. This program has proven results that reduce waste by 95% immediately after implementation, and helps us keep our properties clean for all residents to play happily.
Cats and Caged Animals
We accept all types of caged animals, birds and fish.
Parks and Walking Paths
Get outside and exercise with your furry friends! Our buildings include fenced-in pocket pet parks and are conveniently located near walking trails that you and your dog will love.
