We allow up to 2 pets per unit, only one of which can be a dog. There is a monthly pet fee of $50 and a pet security deposit of $500 (refundable).

Electricity is billed with your rent at an affordable, flat rate of $55 per month.

Wi-Fi (optional) is available at a bulk rate of $45 per month One off street parking spot is available for $75/month, a second vehicle may be considered and would be an additional $75/month.
