We allow up to 2 pets per unit, only one of which can be a dog. There is a monthly pet fee of $50 and a pet security deposit of $500 (refundable).

One off street parking spot is available for $75/month, a second vehicle may be considered and would be an additional $75/month.

Rent includes heat, hot water, electricity, Gig speed Wi-Fi from Burlington Telecom, and laundry. Off-street parking in our conveniently located parking lots is $75 per month per vehicle for up to two vehicles per unit.
