Eric Farrell, a proud Burlington resident, discovered his passion for real estate while growing up in an apartment building on College Street, where his mother was a manager. This early exposure led him to establish Farrell Construction in 1972, followed by Farrell Real Estate in 1975. At our company, we believe that building and creating clean, decent housing is fundamental to people's well-being. We understand that ensuring people are safe and secure in quality housing profoundly impacts their happiness and overall quality of life. Our mission is to provide consequential support by giving individuals a decent place to live.
